DGZfP-Annual Conference 2024
A date that is firmly fixed in the calendar of the NDT community is the DGZfP annual conference, traditionally held in May, to which we would like to cordially invite you already today.
After the annual conference planned in Osnabrück in 2021 could unfortunately only take place virtually, we are all the more pleased to be able to be guests in the city of peace from May 6 to 8, 2024.
DAGA 2024- Annual conference for acoustics
Hanover - UNESCO City of Music, City of Choirs and Sound - in the year of the 50th DAGA, Hanover in the heart of Germany is hosting the event for the second time: you are cordially invited to DAGA 2024.
With its historic conference rooms and "Future Meeting Spaces", the Hannover Congress Center (HCC) offers a special setting for scientific presentations, encounters, professional exchange and creative interaction for this DAGA.
10. Sensor-Based Sorting & Control Conference
The next Sensor-Based Sorting & Control conference will take place for the tenth time on March 13 and 14, 2024 in Aachen at the SuperC of RWTH Aachen University.
Over two conference days, contributions from industry and science will present new developments and applications in the field of sensor-based sorting and process control, along the entire process chain from extraction to processing, for primary and secondary raw materials. The presentation topics include
- Further developments of multi-sensor systems,
- Advances in single particle detection,
- methods of data processing and particle analysis,
- use of sensor systems for online monitoring and process control as well as
- optimization of peripheral processes.
During the evening event in the historic ballroom of the old Kurhaus, there will also be the opportunity to make contacts, discuss technical content and exchange experiences. The symposium is being organized by the Department of Mineral Resources Processing (AMR) and the Institute for Anthropogenic Material Cycles (ANTS) at RWTH Aachen University.
Unlocking the Future of Manufacturing: Introducing “SeConRob“ Project
Imagine a world where manufacturing becomes smarter, more efficient, and remarkably innovative. It's no longer just a vision; it's a reality with the unveiling of the groundbreaking “SeConRob“ project (Self-configuring Multi-Step Robotic Workflows). This exciting initiative, supported by Horizon Europe, is set to transform the manufacturing landscape from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2026, with a budget of €2,992,178. We are delighted to introduce you to the key players behind this innovation – PROFACTOR GmbH (Austria), Safe Metal (France), Otto Fuchs (Germany), ACS (Germany), ECL (France), Fraunhofer IZFP (Germany) and Marposs (Italy).
Following the success of the first eight editions of the IEEE workshop on Computational Advances in Multi-Sensor Adaptive Processing, we are pleased to announce the ninth workshop in this series. IEEE CAMSAP 2023 will be held in Costa Rica, at the Los Sueños Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort in December 10-13, 2023. It will feature a number of plenary talks from the world’s leading researchers in the area, special focus sessions, and contributed papers. All papers will undergo peer review in order to provide feedback to the authors and ensure a high-quality program.
